Refund Policy

This policy covers fees paid for Cloud Auto Dev programs: the Swing Trade Preparation Intensive, Chart Reading Clinics, One-to-One Mentorship, and Weekend Pattern Workshops. The website does not sell physical goods or software subscriptions.

Eligibility overview

Refunds depend on program type, notice period, and whether the seat or session time can be refilled. Deposits and fees are paid offline after we confirm availability by email.

Swing Trade Preparation Intensive

Full refund of deposit and any balance paid if you cancel in writing at least 14 days before the first session.
50% refund of amounts paid if you cancel between 13 and 7 days before the first session.
No refund within 6 days of the first session, or after the intensive has started, except where we cancel the cohort.
If we cancel or reschedule a cohort by more than 14 days and you cannot attend the new dates, you receive a full refund of amounts paid for that cohort.

Chart Reading Clinic & Weekend Pattern Workshop

Full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before the event.
50% refund for cancellations 6 to 3 days before.
No refund within 48 hours of start time, or for no-shows.
If we cancel the event, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to the next equivalent date.

One-to-One Mentorship

Single sessions: full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the appointment; later cancellations or no-shows are charged in full.
Prepaid four-session blocks: unused sessions remain valid for 4 months from purchase. Refunds for unused sessions (minus any completed sessions at the single-session rate) are available if requested within 14 days of purchase and before the first session; after the first session, unused time may be rescheduled but is not refunded as cash except where we cannot offer a reasonable alternative.

Work already started & materials

Once an intensive week or workshop day has begun, fees for that program are non-refundable. Printed workbooks already issued are non-returnable and non-refundable. Mentorship time already delivered is non-refundable.

Rescheduling

Clinics and workshops may be transferred once to a later published date if you notify us at least 7 days ahead and seats remain. Mentorship appointments may be rescheduled once per booking with 48 hours’ notice. Intensive cohort transfers are considered case-by-case when another cohort has open seats; an administrative fee of ₩50,000 may apply.

No-shows

Failure to attend without notice is treated as a late cancellation under the rules above.

Refund process & timing

Email hello@cloudautodev.digital with your name, program, payment date, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Bank processing times may add several days.

Exceptions

Statutory rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law remain available. If illness prevents attendance, we may offer a transfer at our discretion when documentation is provided — this is goodwill, not an automatic cash refund.
