These Terms of Use govern access to https://cloudautodev.digital and enrolment in Cloud Auto Dev programs. By using the site or purchasing a place on a program, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance

If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit enrolment requests. We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Who we are

3. Educational nature

Programs teach chart reading, preparation habits, and session planning. Nothing on this site or in our sessions constitutes investment advice, brokerage services, or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. Trading involves risk of loss. Past examples used in class are illustrative only.

4. Accounts and enquiries

Form submissions must contain accurate contact details. You must be at least 18 years old to enrol. We may decline a booking if a program is full or unsuitable for your stated experience level.

5. Intellectual property

Workbooks, slides, checklists, and site content remain the property of Cloud Auto Dev or its licensors. You may keep materials provided for your personal learning. You may not redistribute, record, or resell session content without written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site (including attempts to disrupt servers, scrape content at scale, or submit abusive messages). We may restrict access if misuse occurs.

7. Third-party links

Links to charting vendors or reference articles are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party content or policies.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cloud Auto Dev is not liable for trading losses, indirect or consequential damages, or decisions you make using educational material. Our aggregate liability arising from a paid program is limited to the fees you paid for that program.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply where you reside.
